Business challenges I address

When a business needs an executive, not just advice

Whether the priority is launch, relocation, stabilisation or growth, I join the business as an interim executive. I make decisions within agreed authority, organise the team’s work and take responsibility for delivering the plan. Before we begin, we agree on objectives, timing, responsibilities and the measures by which success will be assessed.

Practical work within the assignment

Not stand-alone services, but part of an integrated management assignment

Depending on the assignment, I organise and coordinate the work of accountants, tax advisers, lawyers, patent attorneys, certification bodies and other specialists.

  • Company formation and coordination of accounting support
  • Tax planning and selection of a compliant tax structure
  • Trade mark registration, patenting of inventions and protection of industrial designs
  • Product certification, licensing and mandatory documentation
  • Development and preparation of a franchise model

Who takes responsibility for the outcome

Vasyl Hrab

Founder of Interim90 · interim executive · entrepreneur

I am an entrepreneur and senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in business and management. Since 2002, I have progressed from analyst and consultant to business owner and executive — not only designing solutions, but also organising their implementation, leading teams and taking responsibility for results.

I have created and launched businesses across several sectors — from consulting, construction and property development to manufacturing, beauty and technology. I have worked in Ukraine, Czechia and Canada, taken products to international markets and twice built a business presence in a new country.

Today I own three businesses, each at a different stage of development. I therefore approach client challenges both as an active entrepreneur and an interim executive, with a clear understanding of the cost of decisions, risk, resources and accountability.

Interim90 is built on this experience. When a business is launching, relocating, stabilising or growing, I join as an interim executive: I diagnose the situation, define the action plan, organise implementation and build a manageable system that continues to work after the assignment ends.

FAQ

Clear answers to key questions

If your question is not listed, we can address it during the initial meeting.

01How is an interim manager different from a consultant?

A consultant will generally analyse and advise. An interim manager assumes operational responsibility: implementing decisions, coordinating the team and being accountable for progress towards the agreed outcome.

02Do I need to hand over management of the entire company?

No. The scope depends on the assignment. It may cover the whole business, a particular function or project, marketing, sales, finance or the operating model.

03Why a period of up to 90 days?

This is usually enough time to diagnose the situation, launch priority changes, achieve the first measurable results and embed a new management system.

04What types of companies do you work with?

I work with owners of small and medium-sized businesses who need an experienced executive for a launch, relocation, stabilisation or growth phase — without a lengthy permanent executive recruitment process.

05Can we work remotely?

Yes. The format is tailored to the assignment: on-site work is available in Prague and elsewhere in Czechia, while other locations can be supported remotely or through a hybrid arrangement with site visits.
